8SHOT is the world’s first 8 doses, factory filled dry powder inhaler device enabling effective and safe drug delivery to the lungs that offer the highest dose delivery capability at easiest use and convenience to the patient.
With 8 pre-filled doses, the patient just turns a dose wheel to access the next dose, providing a friendly solution for daily dose delivery without the burden of instructing the patient to reload a device multiple times with a capsule or blister leading to a long, time-consuming, error prone use sequence.
The dose wheels provide visual feedback to the patient that the inhalation manoeuvre has been successfully delivered.
There is currently no other device in the world today making available a dry powder inhaler technology capable of enabling fast and safe of up to 400mg of a pharmaceutical compound to the lung by inhalation. 8SHOT is truly unique and innovative and meets the needs of pharmaceutical companies developing new drugs.
8SHOT is manufactured from only two injection parts that make this device a unique and economically viable innovation from acute to long term high dose inhaled delivery treatment.
