WeADD TEAM
We are based in Marinha Grande, near Leiria, right in the middle of Portugal. It is one of the most dynamic and technologically advanced industrial sites to work in Portugal. We also have an office in the most beautiful city in the world, Lisbon. This infrastructure is located five minutes from Humberto Delgado International Airport (Lisbon Airport).
We develop a large variety of solutions for companies such as The Navigator Company, Hovione, Galp, Prozis, Joalpe, SIE, Super Bock Group, AAA, Suntront, Norton, Baiyue Dairy and Yuyi.
WeADD has received along the years international awards, including Red Dot design award, iF design award, Good Design award and German Design award.
ABOUT THE FOUNDERS
Agostinho Carvalho was born in 1980 in Leiria, Portugal. He grew up knowing that he wants to change the world.
He studies computer engineering at EST-IPL – School of Technology and Management of the Polytechnic of Leiria and specialized in product development tools.
He is experienced in engineering of multi-materials and computer aided processes and knows where and how to produce anything effectively and competitively.
Daniel Caramelo was born in 1979 in Fundão, Portugal. He grew up looking at the biggest mountain in Portugal, dreaming with all the countries he would like to visit.
He studies industrial design at Faculty of Fine Artes of the University of Lisbon and as a young designer he was awarded with the Young Designer Award in 2002/ 03 by the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation / FLAD, Luso American Development Foundation.
Daniel has a special talent to design and design management, that results in a logical, beautiful and timeless solutions.
Sónia Josué was born in 1975 in Aveiro, Portugal. When she was a few months old, she moved to Lisbon and soon adopted this city as his own.
She studies industrial design at IADE/ Creative University in Lisbon and in 2012 she attended Luxury Products and Services Marketing Management Program, Catolica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.
She worked for the shelves of international retail chains and has great experience in identification and management of products opportunities and development.
